Shari believes that each person has an inner wisdom that is
accessible and seeks expression and growth. Often this inner
wisdom and growth tendency is thwarted from trauma, self or
other criticism, or socialization. She believes that by providing
a supportive and nurturing environment, combined with gentle
guidance and questioning, that a person's inner wisdom will
be revealed. Each person is an expert on himself or herself
and Shari's role is to facilitate a direct experience of self-knowledge
and understanding. Shari also believes in helping the totality
of each person. She attempts to respond to the physical, emotional,
social and spiritual needs of her clients.
