These are guided meditation to supplement your mindfulness and self-compassion practice to cultivate presence. Some are downloadable so you can listen on your audio device.

Apps for Meditation (for your smartphone to really be smart!):

This is a way to use technology in a positive way. Instead of your phone being a distraction or way of disconnecting, you can use it to promote your presence practice. These apps range from brief to longer meditation practices, for adults and teens, and include an aid for sleep.

Interesting and Informative Videos

These brief and longer videos provide both a fun and informative way of gaining information on the value of presence.

Drum Stores

I am often asked in my workshops for local stores to purchase instruments. CLICK HERE for a list of local drum stores to pick up any funky percussion instruments or hand drums.
